We deliver across South Africa with trusted courier partners so your tech arrives quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how, when and where we deliver.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times depend on where you are and when your order is placed. Orders are dispatched on working days once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery fees
Your delivery fee is calculated by destination and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises. Watch out for our free delivery promotions on selected orders.
Orders placed before midday on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock and payment confirmation.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking link by email and message. You can also follow your parcel any time by signing in to your account and opening the order.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.
- Check that your delivery address and contact number are correct before you place your order.
- If you will not be home, consider choosing a pickup point instead.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to homes and businesses across all nine provinces of South Africa.
What happens if I am not home?
The courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a suitable time. To avoid missed deliveries you can also choose to collect from a pickup point.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us quickly and we will try to update it. Once it is on the way the address can no longer be changed.
