How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open your order, or use the tracking link in your confirmation email. You will see live updates as your parcel moves toward you.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with PayFast, Ozow, Payflex, PayJustNow and SnapScan, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Every payment is processed securely and your order is only marked paid once the provider confirms it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order is on its way we can assist you through the returns process instead.
How do I return something?
Open the order in your account, choose the item and tell us the reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange your refund once we receive the item.
