Salers Return Policy

At Salers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


 1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.

- Custom or personalized items.

- Intimate or sanitary goods.

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

- Gift cards.

- Downloadable software products.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@salers.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Once you receive the RMA number, pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@salers.co.za. We will guide you through the exchange process.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@salers.co.za with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
