For change of mind returns, please keep the item unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and open the order.
- Choose the item you want to return and tell us the reason.
- Our team will confirm the details and arrange collection or drop off.
- Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund.
Your refund
Refunds are paid back to your original payment method. Once the returned item has been checked, the refund is processed and usually reflects within a few working days, depending on your bank.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery for most returns. Warranty claims are covered for the full warranty period of the product.
Who pays for the return?
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return at no cost to you. For change of mind returns a small collection fee may apply.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund right away. It then reflects in your account within a few working days, depending on your bank.
