Be the voice of Salers across chat, email and phone, solving problems with patience and care.

When customers need help, you are who they reach. You handle orders, returns, delivery questions and product advice with a calm and helpful tone.

What you will do

  • Answer questions across phone, email and live chat.
  • Track orders, arrange returns and follow up until resolved.
  • Log every interaction so nothing slips through.
  • Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team.

What you bring

  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Patience and a real desire to help people.
  • Comfort with computers and quick to learn new systems.
